I grew up in the mountains of North Carolina and my dad sold real estate up there for over 50 years so everything about this struck a chord!

What a coincidence! I've visited a few times. Beautiful area. I was obviously sadden and shocked by the recent floods. I always considered the mountains a safe place for climate change.

It truly is! And the talent level is fantastic. So many great stories. Yours, believe it or not, is next on my list! I look forward to digging into it soon.

Also glad it hit the spot.

Incredible concept and eerily accurate handle on real estate marketing lingo...! I can sense the desperation growing at the same rate as number of exclamation points.

Loved this story Nick, change through the eyes of a property ad, brings it all home.

yeah, man, too real. so many subtle, and not so subtle, digs. "a cavernous walk-in closet with built-in shelves and hanging rods for every shoe and item of clothing you own" -- lol. good stuff, Nick!
